Full job description
To assist the Manager – HR to establish very good employee relations at all levels within the various functional departments. Specifically, the position is responsible for:
1.Single point of HR contact for all employees joining various departments.
2.Manage end to end HR activities, right from recruitment to influencing each stage of Employee Life Cycle management.
3.Anchor and implement all HR Operations activities, Payroll Management, Discipline Management, Separation etc.
4.Implementation of employee relations activities and initiatives at Corporate Office & various manufacturing locations;
5.Draft & Design employee communication;
6. Provide inputs for the annual event calendar for employee initiatives and events;
7. Suggest budgetary inputs for various events;
8. Event management & planning for executing various events;
What the job involves
Scope of Job/Role
Manage the entire employee life cycle management for various locations.
Ensure timely recruitment & selection process for various positions by
ensuring & developing the right database of recruitment consultants & employee referral program’s
Managing Time & Attendance functions Roll-out Performance Management process for all employees by training, review & management principles
Ensuring implementation of HR policies & L & D strategies
• Managing HR Operations areas like, Payroll, HRMS maintenance, Leave management, statutory compliances etc.

Roll-out of Induction of training & process training
Attrition management
Improvement in employee grievance response time
Proper employee joining documentation process.
Completion of all HRMS formalities
Timely availability of all Information to various stake holders
Recruitment Vendor development
Vendor management
Induction training for all employees joining at corporate office and manufacturing locations across different geographies.
Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to complete hiring process
HR operations & employee lifecycle formalities and processes
Prepare time and attendance inputs
Completion of all legal & licensing formalities with respect to PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishments, Factories Act for all the locations in the country
Preparatory work for various employee engagement activities like town hall meetings, events, reward & recognition programs across all the locations
Meeting staff periodically to understand their problems
Execute major events like, Annual Day celebrations, Picnic, Management bonding meets etc.
Process owner for the entire joining formalities & HRMS compliances
Preparing for MIS for Attrition, Joining, Absenteeism, Man-power allocations across all the locations
