Full job description
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Conceptualize, plan and execute employee engagement strategy and to execute engagement initiatives (events, fun activities) around key themes/events.
Lead and Analyze results from the engagement surveys to create focused action plans to positively impact employee experience.
Own, plan and organize Employee Reward & Recognition Programs (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) and New Joiners connect (7-30-60-90 days).
Design & implement creative social media engagement plans to strengthen the employer brand in the external market.
Ensure all queries/issues/grievance/escalations are handled within the given TAT...
Develop metrics and leverage on analytics to track progress of ER programs and create comprehensive review decks for Leadership team.
Build and maintain online repository of knowledge updates best practices for easy access and retrieval.
Collaborate with internal stake holders for employee experience (Happy Employees touchpoints from pre-hire to retire) to run regular Pulse Surveys, eNPS and communicate the improvement action based on scores (Townhalls, Newsletters, etc).

Pay: ₹10,027.39 - ₹33,000.00 per month
