CHROmosome Consulting & IT Solutions is a boutique HR and People consulting firm based in Mumbai. We specialize in providing transformational solutions for businesses and individuals. Our services include HR outsourcing and HR processes & policy-related initiatives.
We manage end to end HR for SMEs and MSME s from various industries. One executive handles 2 to 3 clients .
The executive is guided by CHROmosome Management. The executive is expected to travel to the client location as per stipulated days of the week. if they travel for 3 days to the client locations the balance two days they are expected to work from home. Sometimes they would need to come to CHROmosome office.
This is a full-time role for an Executive position in Human Resources for our clients based in Mumbai.
The person will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee life cycle management, compliance and employee relations for two to three clients.
The role is hybrid sometimes from clients office and sometimes from home. involves working directly under CHROmosome Consulting & IT Solutions.
Must haves: 1.Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role 2. Willingness to learn. Knowledge of HR processes and policies required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Experience in any Recruitment and in any one area out of HR operations, HR compliance, salary processing. MS office skills. Knowledge of Labour Laws
