Job description Plan and implement Employee Engagements, Training and taking feedback from employees. Designs and implements needs analysis planning efforts; interprets data from needs analysis in order to make recommendations for changes in processes and offerings Designs, plans, coordinates and participates in the development and delivery of mandatory and professional training course offerings and modifies existing offerings to improve alignment with organizational and talent needs. Continually reviews and updates Training to ensure current relevance and quality. Lead both internal and external (both in-person, hybrid and virtual): planning; budgeting; scheduling and leading vendors, staff, and volunteers; coordinating invitation lists, invites and responses; promoting events, providing on-site supervision and support; and conducting post-event follow-up. Manage Company Branding with help of Team. Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and free job portal, Naukri portal, etc..) and build a robust candidate pipeline. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screening, calling and Intervening with the Shortlist candidates via phone, video and in-person. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process You have: MBA\/BBA or relevant Certification in Human Resources.
