Recruitment specialist- Bulk Recruitment- Multilingual Recruitment- Manpower Vendor Management- Manpower Planning- Employee Engagement Activities- Statutory Compliances- Attrition Management- Day to day HR operations Candidate should be capable of fulfilling these requirements: .
Ideal Candidate holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in RECRUITMENT(50%) AND GENERALIST(50%).
Hands on experience in HR activities including.
Responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits, Events, Workers Compensation and other employee-related tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Self-driven, Good negotiator, Street-smart, Team player, Out-of-the-box-thinker, Open to unlearn/relearn
A candidate shall have good knowledge of Excel/spreadsheet, good presentation skill, create MIS reports, etc.
M.B.A (H.R) / Candidate should have managed payroll process independently with HRMS software.
Should have experience of managing other functions of HR.
