Statutory activities
Ensure 100% Process adherence in all areas of statutory compliances
Keep track of statutory payments and ensure their timely clearances
Ensure new joinee ESIC and PF formalities including PF withdrawal. Liaise with branch to resolve staff issues
Ensure all site Labor license as per Labor act and its timely renewal
Liaise with the ESI and PF office for monthly subscription, challans and sending to branches
Liaise with sites/operations team for Maintenance all registers/reports of sites as per Labor act
Visit PF & ESIC office as required
Dealing with PF mismatching cases
Recruitment & HR Operations
Recruitment- Shortlist candidates using job portal, initial screening, Arranging for interviews
Maintenance of employee database within the region
Maintaining / Updating leave records within the region
Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents as per the requirement of the organization and employees
Conduct employee orientation and facilitate joining formalities of all the new staff
Resolve employee grievances or queries and escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue
Prepare letters like offer, confirmation etc.
Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly
Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Ensuring and coordinating daily and monthly attendance of all the employees and maintaining leave data
Financial
Ensure proper calculation of ESI and PF contribution and deposit to concerned office
Visit branches/sites as and when required for statutory audits.
Ensure no notices are received. In case of any audit objections, the same are pro-actively responded
General
Ensure that all staff problems with respect to ESI and PF are resolved at earliest
Guide and advise branches on statutory matters so as to ensure no deviations
Rendering timely reports/returns/ Make monthly MIS for management perusal
Guide the senior management on all statutory policies and regulations as and when they undergo changes and amendments
Education:
MBA in HR
