JOB DETAILS              
As an HR Executive, your role will be critical in supporting various human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within the organization. You will work closely with the HR Manager or HR Director to assist in the implementation of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and other essential HR activities. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process. This includes job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hiring decisions. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts or issues between employees and managers. Promote a positive work environment and assist in fostering a culture of open communication. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating performance reviews, tracking employee performance data, and ensuring timely completion of evaluations. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and goal-setting. HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with company policies and local labor laws. Training and Development: Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and organize employee development programs. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information, attendance, leave records, and other relevant data. Process HR-related paperwork and manage employee documentation. Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefit enrollment and address benefit-related inquiries. Work with benefits providers to ensure smooth administration of employee benefits. Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations relevant to the company's location. Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards. Employee Engagement: Collaborate in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture and boost team morale. HR Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports, metrics, and analytics as required by management or for compliance purposes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Assistant, preferably in a similar industry. Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
