Handle recruitment process of the company which includes end to end hiring for Stores and Head Office.
Have to source potential candidates from Job portal, references, head hunting & initiate new ideas in recruitment for keep closure of profiles.
Screening profiles & taking telephonic interview & then conduct face to face interviews with respective department.
Maintain proper Database MIS on candidates & interview schedule & shortlisted candidates.
Shortlist candidates as per company standards in terms of quality, skills & approved budget.
Handle pre selection formalities i.e. background verification/ employee resignation verification in current company etc.
Generate & issue Offer Letter to all the selected candidates & taking timely confirmation on the same.
Conduct HR induction, preparing training plan, on boarding and exit formalities.
Handle employee engagement activities. Candidate Requirement:
