Roles and Responsibility
General Administration.
Co-ordinating department wise weekly Review meetings.
Evaluation of Weekly Employee?s Individual Self Appraisals and Monthly Performance Appraisals of Team.
Time to time recruitment co-ordination.
Determining the strategy and method of sourcing.
TEAM BUILDING & EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES :
Vendor / Channel Partners Sourcing and Empanelment and also managing them with regular reviews through OPS team.
Co-ordination of Payment Follow-ups using Accounts Executive.
Co-ordination with Digital Marketing service providers.
Handling Statutory Compliance.
