JOB DETAILS
The HR Executive, along with the HR Manager will manage and direct all human resources (HR) tasks for Black Cab. The HR Executive should be able to educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees. They would also be directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.
They will also work with the Co-founders of Black Cab to strategically plan valuable organizational development changes and subsequently take action to implement them. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must as a Human Resources Executive.
Human Resources Executive Responsibilities and Qualifications
Work with company Directors and HR Manager to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
Direct hiring and training procedures for new employees followed by direct orders from the HR Manager.
Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
Educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, general work discipline, operational policies etc.)
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
Coordinate and direct work/engagement activities for managers and employees
Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
Conduct research and analyze data in relation to the alignment and success of company goals, which includes identifying skill gaps and developing critical feedback cycles within each team.
Designs and implements a variety of initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials that employ e-learning, virtual learning, ice-breaking sessions etc.
Monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Preparing letters such as offer, internship, revised employment, recommendation etc.
Recording minutes of the meeting for each meeting that you are a part of.
Human Resources Executive Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
2+ years of management experience in HR/Organizational Development.
Computer literate in Microsoft Suite or related software.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Honest, empathetic, ethical, and dependable
Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
Positive, go-getter attitude
