Multi Tasking profile to manage HR, Operation Process and Executive Assistant Profile, Must have knowledge in IT Industries, Also Ability to handle IT Recruitment and generalist profile.
Ensures timely and qualitative closure of open positions. Ability to understand skillsets w.r.t particular open positions, timely action and ability to choose the appropriate hiring option depending upon criticality like referrals, job postings, portal search, social media platforms, consultants, mass mailing etc.
Ensures a smooth, engaging, impactful and fun-filled onboarding experience
Ensures that joinees achieve proper training as per the process, whether formal or on-the job.
Captures training feedback, analyses feedback and discusses with higher management.
Ensures that all process deliverable tasks as assigned and responsible for, are completed in a timely manner with quality.
Contributes to process improvements.
Supports and executes performance review processes for evaluating work performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, offering feedback and setting goals for future performance.
Maintains and analyses performance review data, releases remuneration revision letters within timelines.
Generates, supports and executes smart, exciting and out of the box ideas w.r.t employee engagement initiatives.
Contributes to team building, employee interaction, employee engagement and general entertainment. Generates, supports and executes ideas for a robust and continuous rewards and recognition program to keep employees motivated.
Maintains proactive and regular communication with employees to address issues/grievances, escalates and discusses the same with higher management, suggests, advises, induces and takes corrective action.
Ensures HR statutory compliance with process and departmental standards.
