· Strategic planning of HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficiency and create a healthy atmosphere for employees.
· Recruitment - Fulfil job requirements when needed through social media platforms and professional platforms to attract right candidates.
· Contact applicant references and perform background checks required by the company
· Continually educate/Train employees on company policies, dressing code, discipline, office etiquette and behavioral aspects.
· Induction & training to newly hired employees by ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
· Maintain employee records including individual binders in both the soft and hard format and other required paperwork.
· Coordinate payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, leaves, absences, bonus & traveling data, etc.
· Performance appraisal & evaluation processes
· Employee Engagement activities - organizing important events of the organization.
· Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees & Overseeing the termination process of an employee.
