JOB DETAILS
1. Sourcing and Recruitment
· Intimate the shortlisted candidates about the interview schedules.
· Inform the non-selected candidate in the interview and their CV is preserved for future reference.
· Issue the joining kit to new joiner on the first day of joining.
· Ensure that Employee complete the Employee Information Form and sign the code of conduct; collect all the necessary documents from new joinee; issue the appointment letter to the employee and obtain the acknowledgement on the same.
· Conducts orientation for new employee and generates employee code; updates the records of new employee’s personal information and payroll details in employee master; allocates the Engineer to handover the assets to new employee.
· Prepare the Employee file in which all the certificates and the necessary documents are filed.
· Updates the employee and payroll master every month.
2. Compensation and Benefits
· Files the statutory dues challans for record.
· Files the Reimbursement expenses documents for record.
3. Employee Workforce Management and Industrial Relations
· Feedback to be taken after induction/ orientation and for all the trainings.
· Circulate the Annual appraisal calendar to all employees.
· Consolidate the KPI assessment sheets of all the employees.
· Coordinate and initiate feedback session of each employee with his appraiser.
· Ensure timely follow up and completion of the appraisal form filling process and consolidate the ratings for a final review by the senior management.
· Compile the list of participants by 1 week before the training.
· Coordinate with the trainers for making necessary arrangements; arrange for the training venue and associated infrastructure.
· Send training details to the nominated employees and monitor training and update attendance details at the training.
· Circulate the ‘Training Feedback Form’ post- training to employees for evaluation.
4. Separations and Settlement
· Communicate last day of working to the employee and requests to get ‘No Due Certificate’/ Exist Clearance from all the departments.
· Files all documents, update payroll details & ‘Separation Tracker’ with details of resignation or intent to resign.
· Ensure that hand-over process is properly completed and signed by both.
· Issue ‘Relieving Letter’ and get employee to fill up all the mandatory forms like PF closure, etc.; update the Separation Tracker.
Education/Qualification/
Training
UG – Bachelors or equivalent
Experience
Min. 2 years of working experience in real estate or construction related industry
Skills
· Intelligence- communicate, articulate, moderate, understand, command over language, mental ability, tact in dealing with people intelligently, ability to draft agreements, policies etc.
· Educational Skills- Possess learning and teaching skills as he has to learn and teach employees about the organizational growth.
· Discriminating Skills- ability to discriminate between right and wrong, between the just and unjust, merit and demerit.
· Executing Skills- streamline the office, set standards of performance, co-ordinate, control etc.
· Outstanding presentation and Leadership skills.
Knowledge
· Good knowledge about Construction project.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel) and payroll software.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹250,000.00 /month
