Requirements:
Candidate must have 1-3 years of experience.
Must have handled payroll activities.
Good communication skills with Hindi and Marathi.
Should have good people management skills.
Capable of handling PF, ESIC and PR related issues.
Would prefer Blue Collar hiring experience.
Would prefer candidates having some HRMS experience.
