Greetings!!
We have opening for HR & BD Executive(only female) for our Consultant firm. Office is based at home in Kandivali , Mumbai .Earlier it was in Delhi and now shifting to Mumbai. Initially team size is 3.
Experience- 1- 5 yrs
Candidate should be very good in English Communication skills.
Should have good experience in handling IT/ NON IT openings.
Candidate from nearby area preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Well acquainted with sourcing, screening, validating and submitting the qualified candidates.
2.Pre- screen the candidates in accordance with the requirement, work experience, skills and communication.
3.Negotiate the rate of salaries of the candidates according to the clients needs
4.Coordinating in setting up the interviews and closing the loop and ensuring joining once confirmed for the assignment.
5.Regularly communicating with the candidates/ employers during the duration of the assignment to maintain the relationship.
6.Tracking and follow up for Collection of payments.
7.Keep the Reporting Senior informed of any changes in the clients environment
8.Ensure that the assignment gets completed in a satisfactory manner with respect to client and Benito.
