Job description
Responsibilities:
• Employee onboarding and conducting orientation & induction for new employees joining.
• Employee offboarding & guiding employees with exit formalities.
• Regularly updating, reviewing, and accurately maintaining all employee master data & files
• Maintaining and updating data pertaining to company assets & insurances.
• Disseminating information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
• Effectively handling all employee queries & grievances.
• Preparing and dispatching HR letters as per employee requirements & companys standard processes.
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Coordination with employees for PF, ESIC issues.
• Generating PF and ESIC number of new Joiners and updating in employee master and payroll.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2years of work experience as an HR .
• Strong attention to detail and innate ownership of tasks/ activities.
• Ability to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential data.
