1. Sourcing Candidates from Portals
2. Line up candidates for the interview in coordination with the client
3. Follow up with the client about the interview and provide feedback to the client
4. Manage Internal company HR Processes
5. Achieving Targets on time
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. Minimum 6 Month to 1 Yr Experience into Recruitment
2. Has managed to atleast get 10 to 15 candidates selected
3. Aggressive in follow-up
4. Most importantly someone who takes ownership and does not need to be reminded about the tasks
5. Should deliver results
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
