Handle complete recruitment process of the company which includes an end to end hiring for our Pan India Retail Stores & Head Office.
Have to source potential candidates from Job portals, references, head hunting & initiate new ideas in recruitment to keep closure of profiles.
Screening profiles & taking telephonic interview & then conduct face to face interviews with the respective departments.
Maintain a close follow-up with candidates from screening till their joining.
Maintain proper database on candidates & interview schedule & shortlisted candidates.
Shortlist candidates as per company standards in terms of quality, skills & salary budget.
Handle post selection formalities i.e. background verification/ employee resignation verification/ reference checks of previous companies, document verifications and etc.
Documentation and keeping all the records of the required documents/ processes
Generate & issue Offer Letter to all the selected candidates & taking timely confirmation on the same.
Exit Formalities & Process Full & Final Settlement.
Undertake any other responsibility which may be reasonably allocated by your superiors.
