Responsibilities and Duties
Follow up existing HR policy & implement new strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy as per our need, resource.
Shortlist candidate, Recruitment and selection process.
Understand and Act for development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital as per need of Business.
Develop and monitor entire HR activities, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Performance appraisal system.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

The company was established at the port of Aarhus, Denmark, in 1980. The objective was to offer inspection services in the agricultural sector especially shipments of grains and feedstuff to the former Soviet Union and the DDR where large quantities were shipped from Scandinavian ports on feeder vessels over the Baltic Sea - hence the name Baltic ControlĀ®. The company quickly expanded to other regions and activities to what is it to day; a truly global and recognized company.
