Incumbent must be capable to shoulder independent responsibility of HR Desk activities in Company.
Preferably FEMALE Candidate should apply for this post.
Candidate should have awareness of rules & regulation of HR,
Candidate must have good communication skills, fair personality, Self-confident to handle all situation diplomatically as per compliance, policy etc.
Willing to travel outside Mumbai, whenever / if necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties
Follow up existing HR policy & implement new strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy as per our need, resource.
Act for development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital as per need of Business.
Monitor entire HR activities, systems, tactics and develop procedures across the organization.
Performance evaluation / appraisal system.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Record of all HR activities documents in company and maintain as per QMS, other procedures.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 1 years experience in HR JOB responsibility only Freshers with minimum education qualification can apply too...
Minimum Qualification: MBA /PGDM- HR Specialization.
Preferably from Western Region location, Mumbai.
