Job description:
We are looking to build our HR team with motivated people with the same blend of experience and skills in the following areas:
1. Sourcing and Talent acquisition:
using the traditional as well as offbeat & out-of-the-box techniques for recruitment, should have a great communication skills and people sense, adept at using social media, job portal sites and source the relevant candidates. Understand JDS - work profiles, learn and know pre-screening, conveying the firm's culture and ensure that you use the entire interview process to filter candidates.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
adept at interviewing process and closing positions and thereafter taking the entire process of induction, onboarding, and training support through and ensure smooth onbaording process. Engaging the onboarded employee and make sure they blend with the office culture and are handed over to the department head and talent management team.
3. Talent management:
this involves understanding the performance management system and the complete HR admin compliance cycle, also will closely work with the senior team to understand the working nuances and resolve official issues. Help navigate their career based on their aspirations and work closely with HR for recruitment/ retention function. Work with founders for performance management and organisational engineering covers aspects like appraisals, compensation, engagement and bonding activities etc.
Since we have an extensive system of HR management in place we welcome youth with less experience who are willing to build their careers in HR, as we have robust training systems in place. Freshers who deeply understand Human resource management and have an interest to understand and learn its application in a “business”.
If you are an experienced person and willing to join us, you will be placed at a senior level and will work closely with our founder.

In sync with this, the aim is to build a great team with a mix of experience and youth that brings in the right blend of experience skill set, passion, and eagerness to learn and grow.
