JOB DETAILS
Attendance management, recruitment, joining formalities, training Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation programs, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain employee records and documentation related to recruitment and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts, maintaining a fair and inclusive work environment.
Provide support in disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans as needed.
HR Administration:
Manage HR databases and maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
Prepare HR-related reports, including headcount, turnover, and HR metrics, for management review.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Assist in salary and compensation benchmarking, analysis, and review processes.
Coordinate and communicate benefit enrollment and changes to employees.
Training and Development:
Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops for employee skill development.
Assist in the identification of training needs and the evaluation of training effectiveness.
Maintain training records and provide support in tracking employee training progress.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
Assist in the implementation of performance management tools and systems.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
