JOB DETAILS
Relevant experience of two and above years
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
Process documentation and prepare company policies
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Is expanding and soon coming up with our own online portal (takeapolicy.com) for the sale of insurance products of various companies, where the end user (Customer) shall be able to log into portal to buy insurance products online. The customer will be able to view comparison of productsand select the company as per his own requirement for the purchase of the insurance product online
