Job description Greetings from ATPI Group!!! We are looking for a candidate with good knowledge in HR Generalist activities, payroll, leave & attendance management, employee engagement, recruitment & onboarding, etc. Position: HR Generalist Experience: 4 to 10 years Qualification: Any Graduation/Post-Graduation Location: Nahur (WFO) Shift: General shift Job description: 1. HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Generate, analyze, and distribute HR-related reports and dashboards from the HRIS. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HRIS functionalities and coordinate with IT or HRIS vendors as needed. Assist in the implementation and testing of new HRIS features or upgrades. 2. Data Management & Reporting: Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track various HR metrics, including employee headcount, turnover, compensation, and benefits. Perform data analysis and create reports to support HR initiatives and decision-making processes. Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits of HRIS and Excel reports. 3. Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance records, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of leave and absences. Utilize HRIS and Excel to generate attendance reports and analyze trends. Address attendance-related inquiries and discrepancies, working closely with managers and employees to resolve issues. 4. Payroll Processing Support: Collate and validate data required for payroll processing, which include leave and attendance, Adhoc payment, incentives, leave without pay, joiners and leavers data, advances and deductions, bonuses, etc Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll data to the payroll team. 5. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and HRIS issues. Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee communications, including policy updates and internal announcements. 6. Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities to boost morale, enhance job satisfaction, and promote a positive work culture. 7. Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee records. Assist in preparing for audits by generating required reports and documentation from HRIS and Excel. 8. Recruitment and Onboarding: Handle all aspects of the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Support the administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes. Competencies: Good interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and relationship building skills. Ability to work creatively and analytically. Excellent verbal & written communication Proficiency working in payroll software systems and HRIS platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Graduate must. Post Graduation in HR will be added advantage Excellent Excel knowledge.
