Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Design and update job descriptions Advertise job openings on company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Stay active with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements Source potential candidates from various online channels Search resume databases for the most fit candidates Collaborate with head-hunters to hire and retain the top best talent. Screen resumes and application forms.
Performing in-person and phone or video interviews with candidates.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Assists, Coordinating following up on the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and other stakeholders.
Send job offer emails and answer queries related job role and offer. Performing reference and background checks.
Maintaining relationships with external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Serving as a liaison with area vendors, colleges, and placement institutes.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress which are related to recruitment activity.
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, interview process status and update records in internal database.
