Key Performance Indicators
Campus Placements
Manage campus recruitment for Graduate Engineering Trainees including requirement gathering, scheduling of campus pre-placement talks, processes, panel tie-ups, offer placements etc.
Build relationship with placement committees, academic bodies on campus etc.
Manage induction and onboarding plan for GETs
Lateral Placements:
Support lateral recruitment for all Executives and above as per requirement from line managers
Work on assigned open positions from Sourcing, prescreening, and scheduling the interviews to offer roll-out and onboarding
Support smooth functioning of RPO in conducting lateral process
Coordinate with recruitment partners such as consultants, job portals, etc. for Supporting RPO as and when required
Collaborate with external vendors for supporting functions of recruitment such as background check, pre-employment health checkup, etc.
Onboarding and Induction:
Manage Lateral induction process including offer, placement, joining formalities, support at base locations, design of program
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as line managers, systems team, etc. to ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners
Manage lateral induction process for all new joinees at executive level and above
