Job Description:
Responsible for End to end internal recruitment for the company.
Interviewing the candidates for the 1st round & forward the suitable profile to the higher authority.
Looking after the joining formalities of the shortlisted candidates.
Arranging candidates for induction and training
Keeping records for employees’ attendance & salary.
Responsible for exit interviews / formalities
Responsible for full & final settlement of the employees.
Assisting in other HR activities as guided by Manager
Job Requirement:
Must have at least 1 to 2yrs of exp into HR
Good Communication skills (English Fluency)
Must have a good knowledge of word & excel
Good at Drafting mails
Female Candidates preferred
Only nearby candidates will be preferred
