Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts and HR generalist who is eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
Accounts:
· Raising invoices and updating payments collection in Zoho Books ( training can be provided )
· Payment follow up with clients
· Marking all expenses in Zoho Books
· GST Calculations and checking
· GST Filing will be done by other team
· TDS Calculation verification
· TDS Filing will be done by other teams
· Keeping Zoho books upto date and matching with Tally ( current team uses tally )
HR
· Employee onboarding / co-ordination and management
· Processing payroll on easyHR (training will be provided on easyHR)
· Laying Policies and managing employees.
· Cultural / Fun activities
· Recruiting new candidates
· Negotiating with candidates
· Managing timesheets and client interactions
Requirements
· Proven experience of similar assignment
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Pre-Requisite:
· Good Internet Connection
· A laptop to work with
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Expected Start Date: 17/1/2022
