Job Requirement:
1. Induction:
To Induct & complete all the joining formalities to ensure the new joinee's satisfaction.
Recruitment:
To monitor variance in manpower as per plan. To ensure timely closure of positions.
Training & Development:
To monitor effectiveness of trainings, adherence of annual training plan, involvement of people in Quality Circles
Performance Management System
Timely completion of performance appraisals
Manpower Budgeting
To plan human resource requirements in consultation with different functional heads so that it can be considered in Annual
Budget.
Routine HR Operations
To process various transfers & relocations, resolve employee queries across locations related to various HR polcies & procedures, issue various letters like salary certificates, address proofs etc from time to time to ensure employee satisfaction.

Seperation
To coordinate & conduct the exit interviews, complete all Exit formalities at HO & process the full & final settlements of all separated employees across locations so as to ensure that all dues are clear.
Contractual Laborer
" Developing labor policies, negotiating collective bargaining agreements with the union, managing grievance procedures, overseeing dispute resolution involving employees, management, unions, government agencies, other firms, etc.
Advising management on issues regarding union-management relations, such as contract negotiations, advising the HR staff to ensure compliance with the union contract, consulting with members of the executive HR staff regarding personnel policies, developing and revising union contracts
Meeting with elected union officials, leading monthly labor management meetings
Preparing paperwork related to labor relations assignments"
Compliances
" Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues"
MIS Reporting
To track, monitor and check various MIS (Personnel cost - QR, MME, Budget Vs Actual, Manpower, Staff Attrition, Monthly MD MIS, Plant and Unit MCM, Staff Payroll Input, Recruitment Tracker, Talent Management MIS etc.
Cost
To analyze variance in manpower, recruitment, training & QC circle cost.
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 7,50,000 PA.
