Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end recruitment's across all levels using techniques like Client acquisitions, Headhunting & Mapping, Networking & Referencing, Job sites.
Briefing the candidates on the Laws of the countries & salary bifurcations according to the respective currency of the country
Source candidates as per client's requirement
Screening of candidate profiles, conducting the preliminary round of interviews, Understanding the initial due-diligence in terms of their career aspirations, relocation constraints, current and expected CTC etc.
Receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client;
Counseling and coaching candidates for interview
Help in negotiating offer
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Headhunting - Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work;

Required Experience and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred in HR
Flair for English communication.
Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment.
Excellent with job portals-specifically Naukri.
