Location: Powai, Mumbai
CANDIADTE PROFILE
Applicant with 1+ yrs of Recruitment Experience In BPO Hiring
Requsite:
Female Applicants only
Candidates from Recruitment Consultancy who has managed call centre hiring will be highly preferred
Graduates with 1 + yrs of BPO recruitment experience
manage bulk, and lateral hirirg
Working days (Monday to Fridays 9 am -6 pm)
Qualification: Any Grauate

• Understand the process pertaining to Recruitment and Selection such as Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Offer and Pre-joining
• Talent search through Database, Job Portal and internal references based on the requirements of the Client.
• Posting requirements and Advertisement on Job Portals.
• Preliminary screening and short listing the right qualitative profile and scheduling them for an interview.
• Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
• Forwarding the right and interested candidates resume to the clients against the requirement followed by interview co-ordinations and scheduling.
• Maintaining interview trackers, Skills database and updating the resume databases.
