JOB DETAILS
Strategise and drive the Talent Acquisition and recruitment process for junior, mid and senior level hires; This would include the Hiring Plan, Talent Budgeting, Mapping, Job Analysis, and Attracts, Salary Negotiation and On-boarding
Handle the Performance Management Life Cycle at the Organization level including Goal Setting, Monthly, Quarterly, and Year End, KPIs, Internal Benchmarking on Productivity, PIP
Learning & Development /Engagement Activities: Designing and planning training programs at the organisation level ;
Other Business Activities: Grievance handling, HR Process Automation, Attrition analysis- Identify potential attrite, reversals & retention strategies; Payroll Management, leave entitlements, Bonus & increment
MIS & Reporting: Weekly reports to senior on hiring status as per defined metrics and other reports as desired
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRMS systems
