Handling daily end-to-end recruitment Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods including internet job boards, LinkedIn, networking, direct sourcing, etc. Screening, shortlisting, contacting prospective candidates via messaging, email or phone calls Monitoring interviews & evaluating candidates Assisting in onboarding & training activities Managing, reviewing and creating systems & processes for recruitment, onboarding & training of hired candidates. Armed with a Hotel Management degree from Mumbai, Business Management qualifications from Oxford, England and a wide array of collective experience gained from work stints at establishments of excellence such as the Taj Mahal Hotel, Welcome Group Hotels, The Palace of his Royal Highness of Bahrain and The Bahrain Defence Officers Club, Mr Rajqotwala, embarked into entrepreneurship setting up a hospitality company in the year 1989. Being the restless entrepreneur, Mr. Ammin Rajqotwala has now established new verticals to the group of companies, building brands such as ‘Eatsmart’ ‘Brooks Hotels’. “Brooks” is the hotel management segment of Appletree International Pvt. Ltd. providing complete accommodation and hospitality operations expertise. “Eatsmart” is the food & beverage management arm of the company delivering food expertise to Corporate House, Super Speciality Hospitals, Startups, Fine Dine & Quick Service Restaurants. With an International Hospitality and Tourism Management degree from Scotland, Culinary Arts specialization from Le Cordon Blue, London, Ms. Rajqotwala is currently heading the verticals of “Eatsmart” and “Brooks Hotels.” Besides, food and hotel management, she works closely with media companies and curates recipes, ideas and heads kitchen operations for food shows. She is also an avid writer and runs her own food blog, called “The Food Hatter.”
