JOB DETAILS
1. Liasioning with various Govt. authorities including factory inspector, Labour Office, Provident Fund, ESIC, Contract labor management, MPCB, MLWF, MIDC, Statistic dept.
2. Consulting with labour consultant and EPF and ESIC consultant for compliance.
3. Take care of group gratuity scheme and workman compensation policy.
4. Employees welfare activities like periodically health checkups and safety.
5. statutory compliance and payment on time like EPF, EFIC, PT, MLWF.
6. statutory compliance of HR dept. as per requirements of clients.
7. renewal of factory licence, MPCB consent, shop and establishment license and yearly returns.
8. timekeeping, salary and wage administration of company staff and labour.
9. monitoring of payroll system.
10. exit formalities of staff and labour.
11. general administration like fire hydrant system and lift inspection mock drill.
