Responsibilities and Duties:
Recruitment:
o Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
o Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
o Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly Compensation & Benefits:
o Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
o Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
o Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
HR Administration:
o Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
o Handling administration of all contract labor.
o Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
HR Management:
o Handling all employee inquiries & grievances.
o Dispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules & compliance guidelines.
Policy Formulation, Policy Drafting, Different types of Policy, Reasons and benefits of policy Implementation, SOP.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement.• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an HR executive or higher post.

Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹22,000.00 /month
