End to End Recruitment for different departments
Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Should be well versed in sourcing candidates from Portal, social Media Sites, Employee referrals
Interviewing & Pre-screening the candidates through telephonic discussion
Follow-up with shortlisted candidates on regular basis
Coordinating the interviews conducted
Verifying the documents before on boarding the candidates.
Preparing and sending email with relevant HR letters/documents as per the requirement in consultation with the management
Negotiating compensation packages, reference checking and hand holding the candidates till joining.
Excellent communication, writing & interpersonal skills.
Handling monthly employee database & Attendance.
Assisting employee about the leave management
Conducting exit formalities and processing them accordingly
Candidate will be handling 70% recruitment & 30% Generalist profile
