JOB DETAILS
Job description
-Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
-Source potential candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
-Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
-Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates
-Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
-Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
-Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
-3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related field
-Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
-Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
-Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
