JOB DETAILS              
Overseeing all human resources functions, such as candidate recruitment and interviews, performance evaluations, hiring, and firing Consulting with and advising other department managers on various human resources issues, like sexual harassment, employees with disabilities, and equal employment opportunities Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Coordinate and direct Employee Engagement activities periodically Serving as a point of contact between employees and company management by answering questions, addressing concerns, and helping to resolve disputes Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, appraisal etc) Conducting orientation sessions for new hires or recent transfers Performing exit interviews when employees leave the company, and ensuring proper paperwork is completed Working to ensure human resources documents, employee handbooks, staff directories, and other forms and materials are accurate and up- to- date Desired Skills Extremely knowledge in HR process (recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, appraisal, Policy and procedure, Laws, payroll Attendance Management, Employee Engagement etc) Interviewing applicants Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment laws and practices. (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) Knowledge on statutory obligations PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc Candidate should have good command over MS Office
