Responsible to achieve recruitment targets and meet hiring targets as per manpower requirement
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Sourcing candidates using various Job Portals, Consultants and also via job postings
- Shortlisting and scrutinizing profiles as per necessary requirements
- Interview coordination and timely closures of positions
- Offer Negotiation and Offer Release as per Tat
- Handling the on-boarding process and be one point of contact for all queries
- Personnel File Management-Coordination with candidates/employees for their documents - Educational Documents, Resumes, Previous employment details, ID Proofs, References as well as Coordinating for Bank A/C Opening
- Leave & Attendance Management
- Payroll processing and finalising full and final settlement on termination/resignation.
- Checking employee entitlements, overtime compensation and releasing payments accordingly
- Tracking timely payments related to food, accommodation/ rent, conveyance for employees
- Handling ticketing and accommodation of employees travelling on business.
