Job Summary: -
The role will be responsible for Talent Acquisition in order to strengthen the productive workforce & work culture of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Sourcing resumes from various resources like job portal, Social sites and personal contacts.
2. Calling candidates for interviews.
3. Scheduling candidates for various vacant positions.
4. Coordinating & follow up with various project manager for closure of positions.
5. Meeting monthly recruitment targets.
6. Handling End to End recruitment cycle.
