M. Joshi Marg, Lower Parel (East) Mumbai 400013, India JOB DESIGNATION - HR Recruiter (On Payroll of Talent pro Human Resource Management company) Industry: Life Insurance Job Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals & through all possible means. 2. Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements. 3. Scheduling, Follow-up, and Coordination with candidates to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer. 4. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 5. Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop relationships and to understand overall needs and requirements 6. Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager. 7. Co-ordination with consultants
