JOB DETAILS
This role will be working for talent acquisition.
Coordination and negotiation with external recruitment agencies.
Should deal with employee welfare and administration centered activities.
Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.
Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as associate’s performance and health and safety.
Recruiting staff - this includes preparation of job descriptions, preparing job adverts, shortlisting of resumes, interview scheduling and resource on boarding.
Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management etc.
Administering new joiners and maintaining employee records in HR system.
To play an active role in grievance handling and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Working with HR line managers for planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
