JOB DETAILS
We are looking for an early career HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The position will include a range of responsibilities in the HR realm, such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, performance management, and more.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Current HR certification (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
