Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. As an HR Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our human resources and creating a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment and on boarding process, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, and supporting the professional development and well-being of our employees.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, KRAs , KPIs and conduct interviews.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
Coordinate new employee on boarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation.
Employee Relations:
Promote positive employee relations and foster a culture of open communication and trust.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and fair manner.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
Support the development and implementation of employee development and career progression programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Support employee career development through coaching, mentoring.
Employee Engagement and Well-being:
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee surveys.
Promote employee well-being and work-life balance initiatives.
Monitor employee satisfaction levels and implement action plans to address any areas of concern.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in human resources field or any other HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager specialising in 360 degree vertical.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ect.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
