Sourcing profiles through different sources of recruitment
Screening profiles according to JD & scheduling interviews.
Conducting the preliminary HR round of interview
Taking the necessary feedback & sharing the same with the candidates
Follow- up with candidates and ensuring that they join within the specified period.
Should exhibit a high level of maturity and professionalism at work
Should be able to work effectively and handle several positions simultaneously.
