Note: The role would be on our staffing partners payroll.
The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of hiring for all positions at all levels in the company. Detailed responsibilities will include identifying qualified candidates for different roles, scheduling and conducting candidate interviews, and presenting and negotiating employment offers.
Job Responsibilities
Scheduling Intake session with Hiring Manager
Sourcing Strategy (Using different channels Job boards, Job portals, Employee Referrals and Internal sourcing tools)
Agency / Vendor Management
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, Offer Negotiations and Roll out
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our CRM. Hiring candidates in employee life cycle management tool(Workday)
Organize job fairs and recruitment events
Weekly / monthly MIS or Reports
Sharing pre-boarding document to HR Operations
Ensure 100% participation of Line Managers in our Hiring Manager Satisfaction survey
Promote employer branding initiatives
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs
Experience
Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) would be preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education Qualification: Full time MBAs fresher or Graduate with Min. 2 + years experience in Talent Acquisition
