Job description
Scrutinize candidate in co-ordination to department head, arrange interview, finalize salary for selected candidates in coordination with director and department head.
Employee Documents, Salary and employment verification before joining.
Issuing the offer letter, Appointment letter, Transfer Letter, Bank letter, Confirmation Letter, Reliving & Experience Letters to the employees.
Conduct induction and orientation program for new joining person.
Maintain personal record files in hard & soft format of the employees and verify respective documents timely.
Verify And Maintain Leave records & Attendance Record for salary preparation.
Arranging employee engagement activities.
Coordination with consultant, candidates and employees.
Conduct exit formalities while reliving candidate from employment..
Conduct performance evaluation in coordination with HOD and Director as a part of Performance management system.
Registration of PF & ESIC for new employee and formalities of PF withdrawal.
PF & ESIC monthly data maintain in excel and send to the consultant for PF & ESIC Challan Preparation.
Follow up for PF & ESIC challan from customer from the consultant.
Conduct regular internal meetings of HOD's for capacity building as per management requirement & Review the performance.
