Responsibilities
Managing the Leave & Attendance process
Onboarding and Induction of new employees and related joining processes
Handling employee related appointments, confirmations, experience letters etc.
Assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, rewards and recognition practices
Assisting in any administrative related matters
Requirements
Graduation (any stream).
Working experience as an HR or a similar role in the Human Resources department. Freshers are also welcome
Exceptional active listening skills.
Good conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work as a part of a team.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
Strong work ethics.
