JOB DETAILS
1) Posting Jobs, downloading resumes & screening candidates, calling candidates, coordinating for technical round of interview, coordinating with consultants, telephonic round of interviews, first level of screening, reference checks for short-listed candidates.
3) Issuing offer letters, Appointment letters to new joiners, confirmation letters, experience certificate, etc. 4) Monthly Attendance Calculation, Late Comings & Maintaining Leave records.
5) Handling certain part of statutory compliance like PF, PT, ESIC query with due coordination with Consultant.
6) Maintaining personal file of employees, maintain & updating Employee Master 7) Co ordination and follow up with stores for all staff documentation, sending couriers, etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Post Graduate in HR from an esteem university
Preferably from Food & Beverage, Hotel & Restaurant Industry. Good communication & interpersonal skills Experience: 2 to 4 years in entry level recruitment.
