NO NIGHT SHIFTS
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment. Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts etc aligned with company policies and procedures.
Making recruitment strategies in terms of Effective hiring.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Taking care of recruitment forecasting for new hires and filling old open positions with approval of respective management.
Preparing Complete records of Recruitment with Complete details of Candidates being hired.
Coordinate and manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
Ensure the relevant HRIMS is up to date, accurate and complies with company HR policies.
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. monthly/quarterly/annual).
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
Coordinating with Training Department for newly joined candidates for their trainings for the respective responsibilities offered.
Handling Rosters, attendance, leave records and taking care of employees requests.
Manage internal and external HR enquiries, respond to information requests and maintain information flows with business areas regarding HR processes.,
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
Help HR team in Salary coordination with Accounts Department From calculation of salary till the transfers of salary.
Assist with office services, front office reception tasks when needed.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Admin or similar role.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent verbal and Written Communication skills.
Should be good in Coordination and convincing.
Should have good negotiation skills.
Able to work in a team as well as alone.
Should be interested for In field recruitment and HR Admin responsibilities.
Should be creative to organise the inhouse celebrations such as Cake Days, events & festivals.
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
